If you are unable to attend formal classes, or if you feel you would prefer that one on one experience of learning individually from a highly respected teacher, then this is a great option.
Using a Personal Trainer is well suited to people who have demanding work but flexible work hours. Shift worker are particularly keen on maintaining their training by attending the school for ‘top ups’. We also have a number of people who prefer to have a class during their lunch break.
The lessons do not have to be one on one, we also cater for small groups and have taught specialised self defence courses for ladies, schools, workplace colleagues, or simply a small group of friends who wish to understand self defence on a short course rather than attend formal martial art classes.
The Rayleigh Wing Chun school for excellence is a custom built full tie facility. It the perfect location for one to one and small group sessions. However, Ryan Moyce can be contacted for private lessons in the Norwich and surrounding areas.
The Rayleigh school is available 7 day a week and private lessons are available during the daytime and weekends. The daytime lessons run from 6am through to 6pm on Monday to Friday. Weenkeds 6am -9pm. Lessons are also bookable anpayable in advance. Block booking receive a generous discount.
All lessons are by appointment only and prices are from £45 for a full hour prices vary on location, travel cost and teachers experience.
Many people use the lessons as a personal fitness and conditioning session and some as a means to get a thorough preparation before entering mainstream classes or prior to a grading. Of course it up to you.
Training in a private basis has been the preferred basis for a number of students for many years. They enjoy the freedom to train at a time that suits them and the focus that is solely on their own development.
