It is a testament to the quality of our classes, that we have a very low dropout. Many of or students have been with us since we first started. In fact, as we have been around for so long, we now teach the children and young adults of students who were children and young adults themselves when they began. This is a great compliment to their faith in our quality and professionalism.

It is the ambition of most applicants to the Norwich Wing Chun branch to increase their levels of fitness. As a genuine Wing Chun School teaching the art of close range self defence we feel that your ability to deal with the physical demands that a confrontation could entail is increased by a good conditioning program.
Whilst time is limited we aim to carry out some fitness training but our key work is in skill acquisition and it is in this preparation that you will find increases in both muscular and aerobic conditioning. Of course we have the basic push ups and sit ups and other common exercises. However, we primarily run a martial art class and for the vast majority of the time you will be practicing with your partners and building your fitness through the actives involved in studying the Art.
